The bravos river is 5 miles from the farm down CR 979 to the east - there is an entry point for fishing or a canoe / kayak. You are welcome to self tour the farm and the aquaponic greenhouses. You may request paid private tours in advance of your stay for $75/hr. Calvert, 11 minutes away, has some nice shops for shopping; a few nice places to eat as well. Walker Honey is in Rogers, TX about 30 min from the farm, they have a nice shop for items made with honey and a wine / mead area.

One outhouse on the front 100+, otherwise you provide compostable toilet paper, dig a hole and cover prior to leaving. Water from a hose is available in front of the General Store if you want to fill up prior to heading out to your chosen camp site - there is no charge.
